Decision Support System for Analyzing Key Performance Indicators in Construction Projects Management

Many factors play a role in the life cycle of construction industry projects, focusing on human resources and relationships as main axis business development. Thus, conflict interests between stakeholders projects is clear challenging problem. The increased number project complicates and, consequently, increases possible conflicts. conflicts may result claims if not resolved. success their cost time management can be affected by poor claims. Therefore, this research aims to take significant step improve efficiency identifying ranking causes analyzing effects key indicators. Firstly, claim are collected according experts’ opinions literature classified based indicators using integrated analytic hierarchy process-technique for order preference similarity ideal solution (AHP-TOPSIS) technique. According findings, delays with proximity coefficient 0.728 most making great effect project. changes ranked second place, followed acceleration command, extra work, changing workshop conditions, contractual ambiguities. present study results reduce challenges managing ensure successful completion projects.
